Rules for access to the Consulate:
The services provided by the Consulate in Orlando are of a personal nature, in accordance with the Federal Constitution of 1988. Therefore, access to the Consulate for these services is permitted only to its holders and direct relatives.
We kindly ask that only consultants or companions of people with disabilities or special needs, elderly people aged 60 (sixty) or over, pregnant women, nursing mothers and people with infants remain in the public service room.
Consultants will be asked to consume any solid or liquid food items that they may have with them before entering the Consulate. Entry will only be permitted with items for breastfeeding babies or in specific cases of special needs.
The use of cell phones in the waiting room is only permitted if it is for quiet activities.
Applicants for passports will only be allowed to be present at the Consulate 15 (fifteen) minutes before the scheduled time and during the service at the counters, after which they will not be allowed to remain on the premises.
To allow for internal processing, authorization, validation and printing of the passport, applicants must return to the Consulate to collect their passports only after the 1 (one) hour period has elapsed.
Extremely special cases that do not comply with the rules established above will be analyzed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

On weekends, holidays and outside office hours, the Consulate maintains an on-call service, exclusively for cases of proven emergency (death, hospitalization and arrest in the area under the jurisdiction of the Post), by calling 321 387-9716.
